despite the first two receiving bids? I get the "this listing will become visible once the other receives a bid" message instead. I called once but the CSR just told me to wait 24 hrs, but nothing changed, of course. Any help from vets here? Some other limit in place, despite that message that doesn't actually apply?

"You can have more than one auction-style listing for identical items if you follow the guidelines above, but only one duplicate auction-style listing without bids will be visible to buyers at a time. Once the first listing receives a bid or ends, the next listing will appear on the site"

EDIT: My bad, I didn't realize they both had bids!

Yeah, it's been happening over and over. I just kill the 3rd listing since it's invisible -- for who knows how long, forever? Also, it kinda defeats the purpose behind the start/end time and the number of days you choose. The CSR didn't seem to know much. She got help from her supervisor, but the only advice was to wait 24 hrs and try again. I wouldn't mind a limit, but if there is a limit, that's what the message should say rather the nonsense it says instead.

"this listing will become visible once the other receives a bid"
Although they will let you list more than one identical auction at a time
they will hide the duplicates and only show them when these conditions
are met.

This must be a glitch, as you see the Chinese Sellers do this constantly with multiples of the same item(s) (often with just the title slightly tweaked) doing it daily.
There are so many listing glitches right now. Took me hours last night to just get 36 new listings up. Doesn't matter how many *free* ones they gave us, it is tedious at best to work-around all the minutia.

Like I said, the others have bids already. The conditions were met. It's saying wait until the other receives a bid, yet they both already do. It's as if I'm being limited to 2, but the message indicates that bids (that have already been received) are required. It's either that or their system is blind to the bids I already received on the others for some reason.

Yes, many do. Someone else lists the identical item as mine, with the identical listing, with the same pic, at volume way beyond three. But maybe high volume sellers get more favorable rules.

I'm trying to understand why you'd want to list another while auctions are still running for two others?
It seems like any additional bids would just go to the lower (new) auction instead of driving up the bids on the other auctions. Why would I try to outbid buyer A when I can bid less on an identical item? You're stealing bids from yourself by creating supply and spreading out the demand.
You might consider just running one at a time so you can maximize bids on it. The fewer you have listed at one time, the higher the bids are likely to be as your bidders are all fighting for the same one.
