I got charged last month (December) for quite a few insertion fees. I have about 300 free listings and do not usually use them all. However, I cannot see how many I did use, and want to check eBay have it right as I was not notified at all that I would be charged. Is there anyway I can see how many listings I did last month?
If not who do I contact at eBay to query it, as the robot is not helpful!!!

I don't see any active or sold listings on this account you are posting from, so it's hard to help!

Hi, You're on ebay.com, which is the US site. You'll get better responses if you go to
https://community.ebay.co.uk/
In the US, the allocation of free insertions each month is a different quantity than what UK sellers get and is on a different basis of store subscription vs not.

Under promotional offers on your seller hub, you can click on "view expired offers" located on the bottom right of this section. It will show you how many were available and how many you used. Also, when you create a listing it will show if a listing fee will be charged before you launch the listing. Without a store, it is usually 250 available for a month.
Sorry, just saw it pointed out the OP is in the UK.
