When a transaction is Cancelled it should drop off the list for leaving Feedback. This is NOT happening and it should. Getting reminders to leave FB on cancelled transactions is a flaw in eBay's programming ...
Along with this little issue is the fact that Cancelled transactions can NOT be deleted from the Orders list in Seller Hub ... leaving it on the last simply skews the sales dollar amounts ...

On the rear occasion were feedback is blocked it is on the
Buyer side to protect the Seller.
@eunster1313 For me it just doesn't make sense to have a Cancelled item remain on the Feedback list ... the deal is over if its cancelled, we're talking UPIs for the most part, so correct me if I am wrong, since it was never paid for the Buyer can't leave any Feedback ... or can they?

I've had buyers leave FB on canceled (at their request) transactions.
@chapeau-noir Yes, I know they can leave FB if a PAID transaction is cancelled ... I'm curious about Unpaid items.
