Real question - Can you do something on one and not the other? If one formatted for lefthanders?
Also didn't know that the board's spellcheck thinks so poorly about lefthanders.

I can address the obvious... it's 'left-handed'. Unless they're looking for 'sinistral', which I doubt...

It's merely for keeping track of which items you ended yourself (although it does indeed include items that ended because they were unsold, which I find amusing and unnecessary) and which ones ended because they were unsold. There's no difference in functionality that I've ever noticed.

If that were true, I'd know about it. 😁
I always thought that it most likely had something to do with eBay's long reluctance to modify existing code, so when a new requirement came up for doing something with listings that had expired or were cancelled by the seller or whatever, they created a new tab (either Ended or Unsold, whichever came later) instead of messing with the existing one. Later on someone else figured out how to tie the two together, but then no one wanted to remove the duplicate in case that broke something else (e.g. a process that checked the contents of Ended but did not know about a tab named Unsold).
Thus they allow both tabs to co-exist, because the alternative (removing one by folding it into the other) is too risky to contemplate.

It's interesting that "lefthanders" is an almost perfect anagram of "neanderthals." (I am proud to be a member. 😊)

ANAGRAM! That the word. I notice that 'remove the 'f' and add another 'a' and 'n' too.
And once again, 'you' hit my friend in the face with a basketball at a clipper game in years ago. .
