I'm unsure of what you are asking, but I'll give it a try.

The ONLY "monthly fee" would be your store fee.  Your other fees for any given month would be any listing fees, upgrade fees, promotional fees, FVFs, etc.  That you have because you are listing and selling on Ebay.

You've been selling for awhile.  Are you saying you have never reviewed your monthly invoice?
