As if the accounting is not sloppy enough - WHY on earth do they want us to list jewelry & handbags over dresses when thier own tools show jewlery & handbags falling off ?
These 25% promo offers are on us to keep track of I guess?
At first when the offer was activated it worked just like the listing tabulator-
It showed " Activated " " Used 10 of 80" etc.
But that DISAPPEARED and CS said that was a mistake and they won't show until they SELL...RIGHT!!
So we need to read every line of the invoice each month and keep our own system of what 25% credits we are owed?
Example : I listed sweaters during that event and now have them MARKED way down of course , is it on me now to call every month and get these 25% credits for items that were listed back in Jan that qualified for that offer when I activated it ?
When I last spoke to CS about this they said that the credits would AUTOMATICLY apply - RIGHT!!
What is so hard about just showing us a COUNT of the items we listed to recieve the FVF credit?
