Why am I not seeing or finding the option for Global Shipping Program for my listings?

I meet the qualifications as a seller and one of my products I want to sell using GSP is not prohibited. I have watched the eBay videos how to add it as an option but none of the check boxes or links exist on my listings or listing revisions pages to be able to do so. I have tried 2-3 different ways to try to do it, but it doesn’t even show me the option as if the program no longer exists. I only have the standard worldwide option with exclusions and shipping options.

Have you turned on GSP in your Site preferences?

I don't know if it's necessary as I've never used GSP but apparently there is a setting there.

Go to account settings - site preferences - shipping preferences - offer the global shipping program

When you edit that preference the GSP option will appear on the listing form. Make sure you check all active listings - I can't remember if it will automatically be added as a shipping option to all active listings. If you only want to use it on one listing then you may have to bulk edit your other listings to remove the option.

Can the seller make this change AFTER an item has been sold so the buyer can use Global shipping?

You cannot add it AFTER a sale.
