I may have exceeded the monthly free insertion limit (50). But my messages had a viable offer for "100 free insertions" from ebay. After I signed up for the 100 free, I'm still seeing a .35c charge for new insertions? ??

What format, durations, and categories are eligible for the offer? Your newest listings are auctions, but the offer that I've seen is only for listings that are 30 days or Good Until Canceled.

You have to read the details of the offer. Every offer has specific terms for dates, format, duration, categories, etc.

And that would be why OP would be getting charges.

There have been a few occasions in the past when there were simultaneous offers that were almost identical but not quite, leading to arguments like "Includes GTC" ... "No it doesn't" ... "Yes it does" ... until somebody provided a link and then the other person provided a link to their version of the offer, and OMG they both were right. So IMHO we should allow for the possibility that the OP got an offer that includes auctions, while mostly encouraging him to find and read the full terms of the offer.

There have also been occasions where sellers were charged the insertion fees in error even though their listings complied with the promo.
The OP does need to read the full terms to understand whether the charges are valid.
