Why am I being charged an international fee when shipping domestially???

Why is ebay charging me an international fee of 1.65%??

"Charged because the buyer’s registered address is in China"

This shipped to Oregon!!!

Correct, eBay goes by the buyer's registered address

It gets worse. eBay will still charge you the fee even if the buyer pays in US$.

I use ebay only cause I have to even though they make me sick.  Too me, ebay is such a rip-off when it comes to their fees. I wish they had bigger competition. Sometimes I use Craigslist for certain items.
