Why Ebay so complicated ??

Hi guys did anyone else noticed that Ebay is complicated web sat like really just thing about it there is a lot of buttons every where l have visit many websites and they was so much esy from E bay for example: l just want to change my email address is that sound look so hard?? ok guess what happened with me l sign in like always  and l just want to change my email, and l can't because l can not access to my email any more. Ok then what must Ebay do is to give option to add more email. Big name like Ebay must work more on her website. Please share me your opinion and tell me if l am wrong. Thanks for every one how have read this post.

It would like why is it harder to find something in a giant department store when it's easy at the local convienience store.

As far as email, eBay has always operated on a one unique email address for each account basis, that is never going to change.

FYI - Making it really easy to change your email address would make it simple for you and also simple for fraudsters who hijack accounts and use them to steal from sellers (and buyers).

With all my respect l thing you are wrong, because after everything you have mentioned about Ebay it must be more easy not more hard and this not an excuse. Like we can't say because of the hackers we will make it complicated, also they can confirm if this is the same user how is opening his account by sending a  code to his mobile number and that's it . 🙂

Know these comments are older I just wanted to know why when I use ebay I keep oweing them money I don't 

Use ebay that much .for one it's endless on filling out to Post..I use two other platforms that's user friendly

And I get more looks and likes then ewwbay..more then likely iam doing something wrong ..last I noticed the bay started to have free listings ..with that I wrote why are you keep talking money outta my bank 

I suggested 2 level's of listing.. quick.and a detailed give seller a chance to decide..

And do it on a desktop/laptop, not a phone.

The social media Chat accounts are covered by trained eBay employees with some authority.
And you get a transcript so you can compare what you heard with what you were told.

It is pretty normal to think something is overly complicated when we are new and simply don't understand how to do a particular function.  It is just the learning curve, nothing more.  Still it is frustrating when you are trying to figure something out.

The good thing is Ebay has policies and instructions on everything.  I personally find it easier to Google for a particular policy rather than try to search for it within the Ebay policies.

In your particular case, you need to go to your Site Preferences, there you will find all your set up info and just change what you have a need to change.
