Why Cant I do a Buy it Now without Best Offers?

Did Ebay make changes that when listing with BIN that it automatically addes best offer?  I tried to list a few things for BIN and I can't do it without Best Offers being added.

@kpup01  Hi, kpup!  You have to use the "advanced" listing tool and not the "quick" listing tool in order to get rid of the check mark for "best offer".  You won't be able to revise any existing listings that have the best offer checked off...end the listing and start over using the advanced listing form which will give you the option to uncheck the best offer box.
