Vegas has a pretty awesome bins location. Everybody pack your suitcase and move to Vegas for the Goodwill Clearance Center located there.

I doubt there is a GW bin store in the country where you can easily net $2k per month. Yes, on the rare occasion you can hot a home run.  But it is mostly lower priced bread and butter items that often take up room, and with 2,000 items you will be needing lots of room to warehouse your inventory and that will be an expense to consider.  The bin stores are mainly a good complement to a more diversified sourcing plan.

Yep. Most GW stuff is in GW for a reason-- because it's not worth much of anything. More valuable stuff either gets sold by the owners instead of taking it to GW, or GW itself auctions it off.

Every thing is trial and error.  You have to go to the ones in your area and take it look.  No one here is going to hold your hand and take you to the best ones.  Also, the ones that work for some people, might not work for you. 

The people that made money on the gold rush, were not the miners but the people that set stores to sell to miners.

Good luck  with that.  In my area, the best GW Outlet in the  country (or possibly the world) is right across the highway from a Dollar General, a Rally's, a tattoo parlor and a known drug house.
