Is there a place to find Year-to-date sales (as it will be reported by eBay to the IRS). I'm a small seller so I don't have a "performance" tab or access to reports. I only have access to "selling" data and that doesn't include a YTD option....just "last 90 days" or 60 days or 30. Makes it hard to even piece together the total. Also, for IRS purposes, is ebay selling data reported inclusive of any revenue for shipping and ebay fees? Or are those two fees taken out?
Trying to figure out when to cancel all my active listings as I don't want to go over that threshold...it's just not worth it if you don't have original purchase receipts from 20 years back.
EBay is not making access to this data easy.....help?

It doesn't matter if you go over the threshold or not, your income is supposed to be reported.

90 days , 60 days, 30 days, or you should be able to do "custom", and select the date range from a calendar that appears when you select "custom"

Why stop at $600? Some simple math:
Jan-Jun sales:$599
eBay fees and shipping: $199
Profit, even if you don’t deduct for the cost of goods: $400
Income tax: $100
After-tax profit: $300
So, you are going to stop selling so that you can save AT MOST $100 in taxes? You are going to pass up making a $300 profit from Jul-Dec?

Sellers hub> hover on Performance > click on sales > click down area in the box that says "last 31 days" > choose custom > enter desired dates, or choose "THIS YEAR"
If selecting "this year" after doing that you click on generate report.

Thank you so, so much.
Do you know which number is reported to the IRS for tax purposes?
The total sales number (inclusive of shipping)
or
The Net Sales number (net of shipping and ebay fees?)
thanks for your help

Yes, I understand that.
But is "income" the total sales (before shipping and ebay fees) or Net sales (after shipping and fees). If you happen to know, that would be helpful.

"Income" reported on a 1099K is total sales--whatever you received from buyers. The only thing netted out is state sales tax which eBay collected for you and sent to the states.

The price of the item and any shipping the buyer paid will be on the 1099K.
Your shipping charges and fee's will be deductions you enter when you file your taxes.
