Where oh where has the TRASH folder gone???

Hi all and thanks in advance for anyone who has an answer to this, as I've been trying to resolve this for days, Google & eBay help searches & STILL nothing!

MY ISSUE:

I received a question from a buyer on one of my listings (or my ONE listing), LOL!

Upon opening it I SOMEHOW accidentally deleted it. Since I haven't used my trash folder since can't remember when, I did not realize it's nowhere to be found anymore....

I kid you NOT, I've looked and looked, now I'm beginning to get frustrated... I'm bringing it here because I honestly have to think it's GONE!??

I've literally tried everything, I went back to the original listing and tried to access the message from the answer unanswered questions button,  but all it does is takes me back to my inbox where the message is no longer available since I deleted it...

FYI, I opened my eBay messages from my laptop, phone, tablet in "desktop mode" etc etc & for the life of me CANNOT find the "trash " folder, ONLY inbox, my files, archive & the filter option has no trash option either...

Help PLEASE!

My Messages shows Inbox, Sent, Trash and Archive... from top to bottom on the left. Can you see yours?

Maybe your trash folder is in your trash folder.

The new "improved" messaging is missing a lot of things that you might think are necessary - like "Trash" and "Sent" and "Archived" 😞

I have followed the link suggested but find that the trash,archive etc are all ghosted out.

Any other ideas with be gratefully received.

If you are using a desktop browser and the new "chat-style" message format, you will have to "Switch back to Classic view" using the link in the lower right corner of the message inbox page.

The new format apparently does not support folders yet.

do you by any chance have them sent to your regular e mail address like gmail?
