Where is the setting in ebay to change my shipping labels to a 4 x 6 thermal printer?

Where is the setting in ebay to change my shipping labels to a 4 x 6 thermal printer? I have been searching ebay for the past 40 minutes to find this setting. I have used a thermal 4 x 6 printer in the past but can't seem to find it now. Ebay keeps moving things.

This edit only works when you purchase a NEW label. On the right of the order details towards the bottom is where the show more is at.

This should be a setting for the whole site and not just for newly purchased labels.

You can go to an old label, act like your purchasing a new one, and follow the steps above. Save and close, then go about your business with new labels later. The setting will work for future labels on 4 x 6 thermal printers.
