I am using the new listing form for the first time. I generally add a flat rate for shipping to help ease a buyer's cost when I ship an item. For this first 'new form' listing, I have selected the "Flat rate: Same cost regardless of buyer location"; and the next step would be to add the $$ except there is no field to make this entry. There is a pulldown menu for Rate Table, but that does not contain the simple field I need to just add my price. I have a listing that won't be complete until I can add what I want to charge for shipping.
Thanks for helping me figure this out.

Without going into detail about how I did it, I found my own answer. The field where I added my Flat Rate amount required me opening Domestic Services box, selecting USPS Priority and then filling in the "Buyer Pays" field with my dollar amount. My frustration level on a scale of 1-10? a 9 - Very frustrated. I hope this information is helpful to another seller.

I hope you don't usually get this frustrated with such relatively minor challenges.

Yep, you need to let buyers know what service they get for their money before you can tell them how much it will cost.

Are you this unpleasant in real life or only online?

Only in real life, so that's a trick question.
