Where is the Box to Say Immediate Buy it Now Payment? I just got a phony order.

Where is the box that says Immediate Buy it Now Payment Only? It has disappeared. As a result I just cancelled a phony order to my Pick Up Only Listing that requested "I ship to the Equator" by someone without Feedback who of course didn't make payment when they Clicked Buy it Now?

You will find it near the bottom of the sell your item form click on ‘Preferences’ and then on ‘Payments managed by eBay’. I don’t know if it will show when you choose pick up only.

It is just located in a different place.  I have found that with this new form it is good to take your time and look at everything closely as things are not where they use to be, but usually still there.  

First you will find this IPR in this section.  At the bottom of the form, in the Payment Section.  Click on "Payments Managed by Ebay".

The next screen looks like the following.  Click on the top option which is IPR.

I use the business policies, it makes it much easier and you don't have to check each listing to make sure it's on.
