It is displayed on the Manage Items Awaiting Shipment screen.

It shows underneath the buyer's name on Seller Hub > Orders. It also appears on the app.

It does not show on My eBay. It does not show on Seller Hub > All Selling.

If you cannot see it, I suspect you may be using My eBay or All Selling @sreu3058 .
