Where do I set my account up for automatic closure of unpaid items?

I thought I knew where to look, but it's not there.   Anyone know?

Hi @divwido

Isn't it this page?

https://www.ebay.com/Cancel/Preference/UnpaidPurchase

I personally allow 14 days for combined shipping so your days for selecting how long buyers have to pay you  will be much different...3 or 4 days most likely.

Thank you.  I hate seven days, but it's one less thing to think about.

What "seven days" are you referring to? When you set up the automatic cancellation option, the unpaid transaction will be cancelled after 96 hours. That's four days.

Where does "seven days" come into play?

They only gave me seven days to close.  That's the least option they offered.

You should see four to 30 days:

I don't show four days above seven days.  Seven days is the top of my options.  maybe I clicked something I wasn't supposed to.

I only have two yes or no options-automatically cancel unpaid items-I switched to yes.

Auto relist doesn't change anything.  But why don't I have the option of four days?  My choices are 7, 11, 19, 27 and 30.  Nothing lower than 7.

I fixed it.  I had five days for combined payments.  Changed that to three and it set at four days.

Thank you!!!!
