Where do I find my store fee charge??

I opened a store last month and still have yet to find where it's charged. It says it on my transactions list but I can't find it anywhere. Do I actually have to generate a report to find it because that's super inconvenient and I can't even tell where it's coming from.

You should have been charged on or about the 15th. Go to your payments tab, click on all transactions (on the left side), scroll down until you get to March 15th or so.

Yeah, not seeing it. Why would it be on the 15th? I opened it on exactly the 1st of March. Is there a way for me to search for it on my transactions? What type of charge would it be on the list? I've tried looking at Other Fees and Adjustments and I'm still not finding it.

The store charges have been applied on the 15th, just like the other fees used to be. If I am remembering correctly, they are moving things to the 1st of the month starting today, so perhaps it will appear today or tomorrow.

Mine shows up on my financial summery on the 2nd of each month called "Store (Basic) Subscription Fee"

Thanks, I still can't find it. I'll watch for the April one. Maybe eBay forgot to actually charge me for it? 😂😛

So, strangely enough BOTH charges showed up today in my transactions. Maybe b/c it was my first month signing up they waited to charge until the next month? Not sure but mystery solved!

I can hypothesize this .....ebay has changed the due date for stores effective May 1.....you probaby received 1/2 month charge as well as the previous amount due

Mine looked like this (Note period covered)

Store (Basic): Subscription Fee Apr 16-Apr 30

-$13.98

this is 1/2 the usual fee since I was already paid in full through April 15th

Now I am paid through April 30 so May 1, when the new cycle starts, will see a full amount due again....
