Where do I find my handling time? Someone said sellers can set their handling time?

I feel stupid. There’s a handling time? I use an iPad. Is that another one of those (many) store features only accessible from websites? And what does it mean, exactly? Sorry for the obviously stupid question, but...???

I don’t have all that BUT I thought the handling time was an ebay thing lol. Shows my handling time of 2 days, but I ship daily so I should probably change that. Also, might explain the odd email from ebay I received last week or so saying that I’m a fast shipper so if I click an accept thing saying I’ll do same day shipping I get something (can’t remember). I ignored it because I didn’t want the pressure. I know, I should go back and look at it because if I’m already doing it and there are brownie points for it, I should do it. Probably.

I googled, but too complicated of responses leaving me “huh?” And when I called CS about it they always give me the same response, “we’ll look into it,” and telling me they have to have a long side and blah blah blah. I shoot square photos so I can take advantage of the full square of real estate in the listing boxes. As much as I appreciate the color coordinated top and bottom bars that ebay uses to fill around non-square images, I find it easier, faster, and better to shoot to fit rather than be fitted. I think that’s the problem, honestly. I think the desktop program thinks I’m shooting horizontal, but I shoot square vertically. I can load 12 photos on my iPad app in less time than I can upload, rotate, and save ONE photo on the desktop. For some reason the app knows the orientation of my photos I guess???

O.M.G. THANK YOU LOL!!!!! Too many emojis and icons for me. A clip art of a pen? What does that mean? I’ve been selling for two years... I’m from the words generation, not the emojis generation apparently. Gawd. Duh.

I think it’s a stylus on the app. Could be wrong.

You are right about that. And sometimes I draft on desktop and finish on the app. You have to watch because it puts best offer on there even if you didnt.
