A business/financial analyst that specialize in e-commerce. They typically charge by the hour with a minimum. If you are not an established business expect to pay upfront.

Well at the moment you currently have nothing posted for sale and it does not appear you have sold anything for quite some time so that may be difficult. As for the accounting aspect and building your cost models, etc. take an accounting or business course or find a college student in your local area whatever that may be.
As for your store are you paying for a store and not listing anything at the moment? You have been on since 1999 but do not have a lot of activity, at least on this account. Some sellers will provide advice/suggestions with regards to your postings/listings but you don't have anything to review.

If you post a couple items numbers for listings, the Community here could take all look at those listings
Accounting would be from an specialist in that field. I use a CPA as he answers all my questions.

Lot so us here could help you if you wanted. There are a great deal of very experienced sellers here in all kinds of categories.
So if you plan on having at least 150 + listings active every month, then a store may be a great benefit to you. But before you go and set one up, get those listings going. Create and post your listings. See how you do and how many items you will be carrying on a regular basis. From there you decide if a Store is even something your need.
But listings first. Now if you have a whole lot of listings ready to go and you just haven't posted them yet, then go and set up your store, then post all those listings. After that we can review your store and your listing to give you some helpful hints and suggestions.
Make sure you know and understand the basic rules of selling on Ebay before doing anything. Do your homework First. Ask questions if you need to. It will likely save from some grief.

If you plan to sell here again, you will need a Managed Payments account to be paid.
And as a returning seller, your payments will be Held against your performance for 30 days.
Unless this is a posting or buying ID, your turnover is too small to pay a professional to audit.

Very interesting. I am looking for someone to rate my ebay listing. I'm looking into other ebay groups as well. I dont want my store to be messed up as it gets bigger, make correct while small.
