Where Did Ebay hide the send invoice button

We have been trying to send a buyer an invoice for their purchase with a correct shipping cost and their is not a send invoice button. Anyone know where the hid it?

Are you on your phone?  You could try a computer.

I may have read something about having to expand the details by clicking on it, or hovering over other options for the drop down...

I am on the computer and there is not a send invoice button. The buyer sent a message for an invoice and it's not there either.

Is this for an international purchase? If so, you seem to be enrolled in the GSP and therefore cannot adjust shipping invoices.

The buyer should be able to pay with the pay now button on the ended listing.

I don't know why the shipping info is incorrect.  The shipping cost should not be different from what the listing showed, and if there was a mistake, you are not supposed to ask the buyer for more money for shipping post sale.

This is a multiple item listing where the buyer bought a quantity of the same item with calculated shipping on each item. Called ebay and the problem was sending an invoice in seller hub, had to go to classic side and the button to send an invoice was there. Thanks for the help.
