When should I print return label?

A buyer asked to send the item I sold back and for a refund. I received a notice from eBay about this. I offered a partial refund. The eBay notice says that they will let me know if the buyer accepts the partial refund. It has been 10 days (normal days not business days) and I haven't heard whether the buyer accepts or declined the partial refund. My question: Should I wait to find out if the buyer declines/accepts or should I go ahead and print a return shipping label? I'm not sure what the timeline is here? If they don't accept the partial refund, I would like to get the item back.

Wait for the notification to come back to you that they either accepted or rejected the offer before doing anything else.
