When listing an item its telling my we can't verify your identity. What can I do?

When I listing an item its telling me we can't verify your identity. Can I get support?

I have been having crazy messages come up also. I go off of Ebay and then come back and it so goes away (corrects). I have also had some problems with getting into my Paypal account, so I go out of it also and then come back. Hope this helps at least temporary until they correct what is going on.
