When are we going to have Request Total from Seller on the app?

Yet again, a buyer wishing combined shipping for a MQ purchase finds they cannot request a total on the app.

The very same app that ebay keeps pushing as an "upgrade" to the desktop experience.

I honestly fail to understand why adding RQT to the app is such a brick wall for ebay.

Who knows if they will ever provide one.  I was asking just this morning if that task was finally accomplished.  Apparently not.   Thanks for letting us know it still does not exist for mobile users. 

I use a computer, and even though there is often a "request total button" half the time it doesn't work or throws an error message anyway.  Sometimes I use the "contact seller" option, and request a total using that instead.  Sometimes it works.

Over a year ago eBay said they planned to abandon request total in cart altogether in favor of a "bulk offer" feature that would include the ability to negotiate shipping. Supposedly they're still working on that, but could be years away if it ever happens.

After all these years I don't think you should expect request total in the app. It's obviously an intentional decision that eBay hasn't added it.

Could you set up combined shipping rules for your inventory to bypass the need to request a total, or is the size/weight of your offerings too varied? (I'm asking without first looking at your listings.)

Oh, now it makes more sense. 

I had a buyer msg me and say the "request total" had disappeared.  

He must have been on his phone..
