My customer wants me to look at the items of mine she has in her cart.  Am I able to do that?

No, that's not possible @shelley-kins .

 

Ask her to send you a screenshot or a list of the items?

Often it's because they have added a bunch of items and want you to send an invoice reflecting a combined shipping discount. Surprisingly they don't understand that nobody can see their cart contents, not on eBay, not on any marketplace.

 

The only one who can look is the owner of the site.

Because they want combined shipping.

 

The ability to do that should have been taken care of about 10 years ago.

 

...but in typical ebay logic adding 10 steps to a two step process is a feature not a bug
