You need to follow the instructions on the screen, and sign up with Payoneer.

Prepare your Payoneer account and link it to ebay. All the instructions have been provided in payoneer official page. Its easy. Just follow the instructions.

Please contact your local government body to find out the rules now surrounding this problem many Sri Lankan sellers are experiencing. Paypal was illegal for receiving funds in your country and you need to check that it is not the same with Payoneer. No one here can really help you as we have no control over the money laundering and anti terrorism laws regarding acceptance of foreign funds in your country.

You can't use Pay Pal to receive money, you have to sign up for Managed Payments.

You're the only one that can solve the problem, read what the screen shot says.

I can see on your profile, that you are in Sri Lanka, and you registered your eBay account on eBay USA. So you need to click on "United States" (the second last one on the list, highlighted in yellow) to find out more about what you need to do.

Please come back, and tell us what the URL for that page is, and a screenshot of what it says. This will help us to help other sellers in Sri Lanka better.

I also see that you haven't listed anything for sale on eBay before. Please let me know:

• are you trying to register to sell as a business, or as an individual?
• when you register with Payoneer, does it tell you that you need to have a business account, or is a personal Payoneer account OK?

I'm asking for this information, so that we can help you and other sellers from Sri Lanka better.

I have already created a payoneer account. Is there a way to find out if I created the payoneer account incorrectly?Could that be the problem?

If you have created a Payoneer account, and linked it to your eBay account already, then now you just need to wait. It will take a few days, maybe up to a couple of weeks, before    they have verified your information.
