Well it's unfortunate but you must have listed something that was against policy. If it's permanent there is nothing we can do, sorry.

is it because the price was 4.20$.....

Sellers do not get suspended because of the price of an item.
Is there more information that you've forgotten to offer?

The only thing i did was listing an item.
What *exactly* did you list?
Was it one of those virtual item we warned you yesterday not to list?

Sellers do not get banned from Ebay permanently for just listing an item. This had to have been at "least" your second time (or more), for doing something against policy. Read the fine print in the message. It should tell you why you can no longer sell on Ebay. My guess is listing a counterfeit item more than once.

Made it only 5 days and got permanently suspended?
Ya you must have been listing items that are against policy and after being warned you relisted, right?

This your way of saying you listed marijuana? If so, that'd probably do it.

Sometimes it's like pulling teeth.

All the information you received on your previous posts and you still don't understand why you've been suspended?

Don't say you weren't warned:

assuming pets + roblox, adopt me is registered under VeRO IP and they have a full time lawyer who submits these claims every week (not sure if it's automatic), only surviving adopt me sellers are the foreign sellers, US sellers will get a warning or a ban hammer if it's repeated.

Bingo. You can't help some people.

I knew a couple online friends who did this for living and earned quite a lot IMO.
One person was married, into their 30s, she started it as a side hobby and made over $40k USD per yr selling these virtual items.
They have no eBay protection at all, if buyer just files INR claim, they lose 100%.
Okay, but that's like 10% of the buyers. So what does other 90% looks like?
it's 7-14 yr old kids (innocent & pure) and the parents buying for their children (who doesn't know this is illegal) = perfect profit.
How is it so profitable with so much risk?
The virtual item seller just runs auto bot on the PC or uses a Roblox hacking tool, which gives them a special advantage over normal players. So pretty much $0 investment aka hobby turns into $$$.
They won't stop until they get slapped with a lawsuit or something.
