Did you mean:

What would you do?

I have a buyer that bought something and demanded stuff I do not offer so I refund them and pointed them to other seller that have the item and the service he demanded I blocked them then relisted the item and now the bought it with a second account and don’t see why I have a problem with it. Would you send them the item or go with the bad feeling that there is a claim coming after you send it.

I'd ship out the item.  Make sure you include tracking.

I'd call that in.

Any USA based CSR has a supervisor on hand that can see if the IP, MAC address or physical address match.

But - and I was reminded of it the other day on a thread - the blues have told us that it is OK for a buyer to circumvent a block as the transaction may go thru without a problem. Only if there is a problem can the seller fight the deception.
