Example.
I have 10 different books about George Washington. Each title is a different price.
Can I list all of these in one listing with a drop down menu where the buyer can select the titles he wans to purchase.
Seems like music sellers do this all the time listing 50+ titles sometimes in one listing and camera batteries for sale often have a drop down menu: Charger only. Charger with one battery, charger with 2 batteries. Batteries only, etc.
After seeing the 2 above examples, I am left dazed and confused. (wait, I was like that before the examples, but thats another thread)
Thanks in advance.

They should have their own listings so you can describe each book.

Customers hate variation listings and eventually most of them will be trained to never waste their time clicking on them. Want to sell way less, use variation listings.

You could probably get away with listing different titles as a Variations listing, as the music sellers do, even though that's not how eBay intended for that format to be used.
But if you want to actually sell the books, then list them separately.

personally, I like those types of book listings.............either all by one author/or by subject........ Saves trying to chase down each book I may want.......
