What triggers "Ready To List"?

I have 6 drafts saved. 5 of them are checked with "Ready To List", but one isn't.  Why?  What triggers eBay to mark a draft as "Ready To List"? 

I'm wondering because it implies I'm missing something in that one listing, but it seems to be complete to me, and it's like the other 5.

I use a listing program.........so not sure about using the draft stuff on ebay...........but I would try  preview to see if that showed anything IN RED and if it didn't, I'd try listing it.......which should abort the listing process and show you what's wrong............
