So, I sold an item that was the in with other items and it was shipped promptly. I tracked the package until it was delivered. The buyer contacted me and said that one of the items was not in with the others and he wants a refund. I provided him with the tracking number and asked if the package was damaged to which he did not reply. He just keeps asking for a refund. I know all of the items were shipped. I have already requested a search at the post office and have already filed a claim with them. What am I to do now?

you can let the buyer know if they are unhappy to hit the return button
you can also ignore them until they do it

You only refund if he returns. Once the Buyer formally files, come back to the boards for assistance, if they actually file.

Why would you file a claim with the post office if the item shows it was delivered?

Because he is saying that an item is missing. And I can’t get Him to reply back to me if the package was damaged. It makes me think that he received the item and is trying to scam me.
