What the heck is going on with relistings??

I swear, every single time I try to relist, things get worse and worse... this is the current status when I tried to list something one blah bay...

Tried a different browser?  Logged out and then back in??

Relisted a bunch last night with no issues..............just tried one just now, no problem re-listing....???
