When I see this on my traffic report (page views) those views might be from sites like whohou?

Yes, mostly they come from Google but a small percentage come from these affiliate sites and of course also from direct ads that eBay places all over the internet.
Think of these sites as an external versions of promoted Listings but where eBay pays the extra fee instead of the seller paying.
Affiliate marketing is what makes the world go around these days, all those travel sites, Expedia, Booking etc. are affiliate sites, they don't actually have hotels or planes or ships, they merely aggregate and funnel buyers to sellers for a commission. Same goes for all those companies that advertise car or health insurance, they are just affiliates they don't actually insure anyone for anything.
