No counterfeit items. You should start your reserrch by looking for prohibited lists posted online.

Many of our friends from Sri Lanka do not read what is allowed and not allowed only to become suspended permanently from selling on Ebay.  Follow the rules and you'll do great.

You haven't been approved to sell yet. It takes 2-4 weeks to get approved after you successfully link a Payoneer account. You can't sell until eBay emails you saying you're all set. You have to attach a debit or credit card for seller fees.

    ckimodog already provided you a link to the eBay prohibited items. However, in addition to that if you are going to sell internationally, which I assume you are, you need to be aware of the import restrictions for every country you are potentially shipping to. Nothing worse than getting a shipment confiscated by customs going into a country. 

     I would assume there are also export restrictions for items going out of your country that you cannot or should not list.
