What influences external site views?

I was averaging 500 external site views a day and on may 5th it dropped to 50 and has been in the 50-120 range every since then.

Curious what a buyer sees of my contact info if I accept an offer. Does he see my name, email, address etc? It's not clear on ebay.

Does anybody know how to do this? The edit buttons don't work and "SELL SIMILAR" won't let me do it either. There doesn't seem to be a way to sell an item using an auction.
