The buyer got the item and left the negative feedback to say the item doesn't fit. But he didn't tell me anything before that, and also he didn't send the pictures and open the case. He directly left the negative feedback. What should I do?😫 Thank you.

Respond to the neg.
"I regret you are unhappy with your purchase. Please return for a full refund."
If he does, refund him.
If he does not, your Response tells your future customers that you are willing to work with customer's problems.

You said the mudflaps fit a 2015 Seirra. The buyer says he ordered them and went to put them on, and they do not fit a 2015 Seirra? I have no clue if they do or not, but the only thing you can do is ask the buyer what they want you to do. If you succeed in making the buyer happy, they may agree to remove the negative.

Buyers who use feedbck as a communication tool really irk me!
Not to mention that nowhere in your listing could I see where the description or specs mention anything about a 2015 Sierra

Are you sure you sent the right item? Do you have another one? If you have another one & its the correct item he needs, offer to resend the replacement for free, if buyer agrees to amend the negative. You can send then a feedback revision form if you can work it out with them. I hope you offer replacement item or refund before sending the revision request.

Customers are allowed to be ignorant. It is not a ebay violation.
They often leave negative feedback to let you know there is a problem.
The best thing to do now is handle the situation as best as you can and HOPE
the customer will remove/revise the feedback.

Do not refund him. Eventually you will be creditted with the value of the shipping label.

EBay does not use feedback to assess your account.
Most sellers will only look at your rating-- and most of those think 95% is an excellent rating. (It's really horrible.)
If the feedback is rude or illiterate, it says more about the buyer than you. Most Sellers will read Feedback Left for Others when they can, which is only with Best Offers and Auctions, but still useful
