I know some of you never block buyers. But those that do: how many returns (both remorse and SNAD) do you wait to get from a buyer before you BBL them?
I know what some of you might be thinking... but even Amazon and Target gives you a limit for returning items.

@southern*sweet*tea @fern*wood Hmmm, dare I ask? Am I on your BBL?

I remember back when I was able to resolve problems without a return. Now not so much.
Yes, and also in case most people forgot, I think it's worth noting that returns are NOT required to be handled by ebay's returns system. If on rare occasion it will benefit me more financially (and won't impact the buyer at all), I wouldn't suggest a buyer to use ebay's returns system. But I won't turn them away from it is the buyer brings it up. I don't believe there's a such thing as SNAD circumvention given the amount of so many false SNADs out there.

I used to read the feedy board, and the buyer board... and block the nuts just in case.
I think 95% of my BBL is from the boards. The rest I block if they are nasty in emails, or have more red than green on the feedback left for others page.
I've had one actual return in all the time I've sold on here... That one I blocked for being a ..... The other "returns" I simply refunded and told em to toss the item, and rarely blocked. (my goal is to EMPTY the house not bring the stupid stuff back in, only reason I did the one return is cause the buyer was %%%% about it... Fine then you can pay to return the sucker cause my listing was correct YOU simply didn't read it and eBay agreed with me at the time.)

It depends on my mood, the buyer's tone, and sometimes what planets are aligning.
