As if it doesn't require enough of my time just to manage my business and prepare, photograph, research and list new items. Now I have to go back and revise all my listings just to fill in POINTLESS "Soon to be required item specifics!" That make no sense most of the time!?
Look I get that it must be hard for the IT department to justify its existence when everything is working just fine and people are starting to get used to the system. But is it REALLY necessary for them to "UPDATE" the system TWICE A YEAR!!?? Especially with these pointless, useless most of the time, CATEGORY SWITCHES!?
What harm was it to keep the Vintage Automotive Parts categories? Was it really necessary to delete the whole section? Seriously?!
Please stop! You're not making our lives any easier, and YOU'RE CHARGING US MORE!
ALSO, your now you have it now you don't settings for "Top Rated Seller" are annoying. Why is the bar so low? Especially since you stripped us of our Powerseller rating. So mysteriously items I've sold in the past somehow get relisted without me knowing and because I can't fulfil that order I deserve to have my rating slip? I swear this happens a couple times a year where something I know I sold gets resold after mysteriously being relisted. I don't know how this happens but I know it does. That's a glitch worth fixing.

We have been waiting 2 days now for the category changes we made to be reflected from bulk edit so we can enter the correct item specifics.
I know there are a lot of Sellers right now accessing the systems to revise, but really need things to get on-track. Soon!

Yes, possibly. Some of the 'new' specifics are too specific and are just repeating themselves.
Then some come from a place of "if the seller is too lazy to tell you about the item (and we know many are), then we are going to make you fill all this out" and punish the ones who actually tell you what they are selling. It's not a good system, but then this is how eBay works.
