What is the max limits?

Hi guys, newbie here I have a question for pros

I'm planning to subscribe for premium business plan and sell my own warehouse products but have a concern.

the premium business plan says 1000 free listings...
is for every month or just for a limit ?

I mean, If I upload 1000 products and my limit is fulled, next month can I add 1000 more ? because premium plan is giving you 1000 free listings and we pays monthly subscribe fees.

we are seeing some sellers that have 1-2 million listings, do they pay for it or just keeping upload new items every month?

Those aren’t the limits you should be worried about right now. eBay limits all new sellers to very few listings until they prove themselves.

you can buy the store but eBay May  limit you to say 10 listings so you cannot use most of that 1000 anyway.

NO, you are alloted 1000 a month, which if you use all in one month and let them relist the next month......you won't have any free listings left.........assuming, for example sake, you sell nothing.    You can pay 10c per listing for the extras until you get near to the anchor store cost and then upgrade your store then.

No matter how established you are, eBay will set limits on you as a new seller until you have demonstrated that you are reliable and understand how eBay works.

Buyers dno't trust a low-feedback seller.  It would be better for you to start smaller, based no the listing limits that eBay has set, until you have some feedback reputation.

No, you don't understand the eBay fees structure at all.  Every listing has an insertion fee and a duration. At the end of that duration, you are charged an insertion fee again if you want to keep the item listed.  

The maximum duration is 30 days, which can be set up in "Good until canceled" format so it rolls over automatically every month.  But every month it will use one insertion fee. If you have 1500 active listings and you get 1000 free insertions per month, then you will pay an insertion fee for those other 500 listings.

New sellers have limits.  A store is not going to increase those limits.

You might be allowed something like 5 transactions or $500.00, whichever comes first.

You have to establish a record of successfully completed transactions before your limits are increased gradually.  You may or may not have your limits increased after 3 months.

Proving your company and id isn't going to change your seller limits which may be only 5 items or $500.00, or 10 as the dog ate my tablecloth suggests.

You currently (on this ID) have 279 items listed.  Last month you got 32 feedback, your total feedback is 138. 

Whatever Ebay shows you as your limit on this account, is the limit you can sell. They will raise that amount gradually -- as you sell it will slowly increase. But, as someone already told you, the items you have currently listed will be renewed as one listing every month -- BUT... not just as one listing. If you have 7 items in stock for that buy-it-now Good-till-cancelled listing, it counts as 1 listing to renew every month (as in the amount of free listings that ebay gives you within each store range), but it counts as 7 items within your allowed amount to list. 

So my selling page shows me my 'limit' and that I have currently have over 4700 items for sale. I

have 51 listings.

The rest is stock available on those 51 listings. Some items have over 100 available. (I sell small craft items, so for each 'item' one must have good quantities available.)  

Now if my "limit' to sell was 10,000, (my limit is a lot higher than that) then that would mean if I list another 51 listings with the same kind of stock levels I have on the others -- I'd be maxed out at about 105 listings.  

So you need to look at your current limit on your selling page and figure things a bit differently.... every listing would only cost a single listing fee even if it has 400 items available on it, but the limits you are allowed to sell will go down by 400 if you list one listing with a qantity available of 400. And ebay will only increase those limits as ebay trusts you.
