Now the option to manually turn off auto-relist is gone.

And now my listings are coming out of this new promo that charges a listing fee if an item sells, despite the fact that I never activated that offer (obviously I would have liked to use the free 50 first)
I feel like eBay has turned into the twilight zone

I'm thinking of hanging it up too

This started last month, and dozens of complaints have been posted about it, including mine. I can't post to the Q & A board, so if anyone who is reading this can, please share this information with those who ask.
Here's what worked for me: Near the top right of the new version of Selling Overview page, click on the link that says Switch to Classic View. After doing so, you'll see under the "Active Selling" heading that there are sub-headings for Views/Watchers, Bids, Price, Time Left and Actions. Under Actions, the two links are Sell Similar and More Actions. Click on More Actions. The last selection should be to turn off Auto Relist. When you click on that, it should turn off Auto Relist for the specific item after a few seconds.
This didn't work for 2 of my 15 items, so I selected to end the auction for each one a minute early to avoid auto relist.
What I'd like to see is Auto Relist not be turned on automatically whenever an item is listed. If that can't be done, I'd prefer an option to turn it off for all listings. Meanwhile, I'm leaving the Classic View on.
