I received a refund for a backpack that i had bought. Reason being, The seller pages was closed and USPS was saying They were not any updates on my packages and i should receive an update within one hour of the visit to the P.O. After two days it still shows the same status. Now after getting my refund it leads me to wonder what if i still get the backpack even though i still got a refund. Mind you i dont think the seller can file a dispute as they have been “banned”. Should i keep it? (Theres no way to reimburse the seller also)

If the seller has been removed from eBay, there's nothing you can or should do. If you do end up getting the backpack, you can keep it or do whatever you want with it at that point (if you wanted to, you could refuse the shipment, I wouldn't normally suggest that as it voids much of your buyer protections, but in this case the seller couldn't do anything about it). You're not required to do anything though, at least by eBay at this point.
