What are you saying in sales or in general because if your saying in general you’re being picked on or it’s your state I have sent up to 30 trading cards back when I used to have a trading card group on kik we had trusted trading so we would make the most trades possible and even tried to see the limits and met the limit repeatedly only thing that happened was that I lost the money spent on shipping the letter. I never got in trouble that’s honestly just misinformation. Know in sales that’s something else because you will not get into trouble but there’s a90% chance that the buyer will say they did not get it so if u send more then 10 cards yugioh with just a regular envelope it always reached its destination this was however in 2017

IF you had your shipment insured for lose/damage you MIGHT have had a CHANCE to recover the value of you shipment. You would have to have proof of the value. If neither of these conditions apply - your are out of luck

It was too thick for a standard letter with one stamp, it can not be more than a quarter thick. Like a coin thickness. It gets put into a sorting machine and if it can not feed through it’ll get stuck and rip open.

A quarter has never been a 1/4" thick but 1/4" is often referred to as one quarter of an inch or just a quarter inch
"For a mailpiece to be eligible for First-Class Mail letter rates, it must be at least 3-1/2 inches by 5 inches by 0.007-inch thick, and no more than 6-1/8 inches by 11–1/2 inches by 1/4-inch thick. If the mail piece falls within these dimensions, it is classified as a letter. "
