I think I want to switch to automated feedback, but I have a few old ones out there that I specifically don't want to leave feedback on at this point. If I turn it on is it going to go back in the past, or will it only leave feedback on new ones going forward?
I just have a few problem customers who never left feedback whom I don't want to remind of the transaction by leaving them feedback now that they probably forgot about it. (Been bit by that in the past).

Automated feedback should only apply to future sales.
As per the help info:
Choose one of the two options for when feedback will be left – either after the buyer has paid for the item, or after the buyer has paid for the item and left you positive feedback.
