I get a call back, answer the call, click. I tried dialing back but my phone said the number was fake. Then I tried to do it again and it went from 1 minute to 13. I wait.....nothing. I try again now 96 minutes. You can't tell me their "workers" are unable to work due to some lame excuse. Who are they hiring these days that don't attempt another call and just send a blanket email instructing me to use the useless help section? This isn't a matter that can be handled on a message board. What am I suppose to do? Write them a letter?

Answer.......When did they have it? I wonder how much money eBay is losing
due to people (like me) closing their store due to shipping delays and INR cases.

Ebays customer service is one of the worst I have seen. If you happen to get a rep here in the states, you may get a little help. If you get a rep from the phillipines which 95% of the time I do, you might as well hang up. They all sound like they are eating their dinner reading from a script. It is really cheap for ebay to do this.

They had something that sort of reminded me of customer service before. I can't remember when but what I'm experiencing today is beyond ridiculous.

That would be a luxury to have the chance to try my hand at interpretations. I'd at least be trying to get something cleared up. There is no one minding the store. There's not even a chat which would be ridiculous too.

Okay thanks, I'll try that. I finally got through and I'm still not sure what the two reps said to me. It was all that everything is okay, not to worry mumbo jumbo. So far what they promised me hasn't happened yet(credit refund). I was told it could be a few hours, few days or a month. Ridiculous. So much for paying my bill after each sale voluntarily(before managed payments).
