We actually just left that company because of some complications. We're using a smaller fulfillment company because we wanted someone more hands-on and to avoid some serious mistakes (i.e. lost inventory and mass missed shipments) that we experienced at others. The company is called atomix logistics and they usually respond quickly if they can work with you.
We tried to do fulfillment ourselves for the control but ended up taking up too much of our time. We work directly with the warehouse manager at our new company and text them directly which is the only one we could find that we could control that much.
