I am a private seller. A buyer requested to refund an item before I posted it. In the respond to buyer refund request it asks, 'Relist with frees' yes or no. What does this mean? Will I get charge fees for the item that was refunded?
You are in the UK, asking on a board of primarily US Sellers....... There are differences in the sites......for instance we have no designation of private/business sellers. Suggest you post on the UK board for information on that site.

After you give customer a refund....you will get a prompt from EBAY asking if you want to relist the item? With fees, means EBAY will charge you normal listing fee.
