I had a buyer who was constantly messaging me and making offers. I finally accepted one and asked them to show me that they would actually pay. Of course, they did not just the like of their overwhelming non-payment feedback. I opened a UPI case, waited, and closed it so I could get my fees back. Supposedly, this gives them a "strike", but how can they continue to still operate on eBay with months of bidding and never paying? Here's the link to their feedback:

Immediate payment is available here. Use fixed price and check off immediate payment required when you list.
IPR is not available for best offer or auctions since there is no fixed price for those.

Ebay will not remove a buyer EVER for non payment. Strikes don't mean much when it does not warn other sellers of this persons pst history.

But there is nothing to "warn" other sellers about~you could be sniped and never have a chance to check anything. The strikes mean much more because YOU have the ability to AUTOMATICALLY control whether a bad buyer will be able to buy from you. IF you have your block set correctly, they will never be able to bid or buy from you~they will be blocked from doing so. Just two strikes in a year will block them from bidding/buying with most sellers, who use this, the strictest, most popular block. I hope you have your blocks set.
You can also choose to list fixed price, immediate payment required.
THESE are the things you can do to eliminate non paying buyers.

I got 2 false positives after a seller filed and closed UIDs.
Did you ask Customer Service to remove the false positives?
