What does it mean "You have a new draft that needs to be listed?"

What does it mean?...and what should I do when I get the message "You have a new draft that needs to be listed?"

@marcnort_0   What that means is there is an item in your Draft file, a listing that was created.  You can go there and see if it is one you listed recently or accidentally started but have no intention of listing.  You can Delete it from that file OR list it from there.  Here is on link to the Draft file:
